About AdLoomly
What is AdLoomly?
AdLoomly is a TikTok Ads automation platform with three product pillars: a Campaign Launcher that bulk-launches campaigns, ad groups, and ads (up to 50 ad groups per batch); Automation Rules — IF/THEN kill and scale rules evaluated 24/7 server-side; and Ad Spend Analytics with real-time spend, CPA, CPM, and ROAS pulled from the TikTok Reporting API. It is built on the official TikTok Marketing API.
Who is AdLoomly for?
Performance marketers, e-commerce and cash-on-delivery (COD) teams, and media buyers who run TikTok Ads daily and need faster launching, hard budget guardrails, and real-time spend visibility that TikTok Ads Manager alone doesn't give them.
Which TikTok campaign objectives are supported?
The Campaign Launcher supports the core TikTok objectives media buyers use most: Conversions, Traffic, Lead Generation, Product Sales, and App Promotion. Automation rules and spend analytics work across all of them.
Do you support Spark Ads?
Yes. You can launch Spark Ads through the bulk launcher using authorized TikTok posts, alongside standard in-feed ads — on every plan, including Free.
Is there an API?
A public AdLoomly API is on the roadmap but not yet available during Early Access. If you have an integration use case, email developers@adloomly.com — early feedback directly shapes what we build first.
Your account, your data
How does the TikTok connection work?
Via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 advertiser authorization. You click "Connect TikTok", approve the requested scopes on TikTok's own authorization page (inside TikTok Business Center), and TikTok redirects back to AdLoomly with an authorization code that we exchange for an access token. We never see or store your TikTok password — the entire login happens on TikTok's side.
Exactly what data does AdLoomly access?
Only what the product needs, under least-privilege scopes:
- Ad account information (read)
- Campaign / ad group / ad metadata — IDs, names, status, budgets (read + create/update)
- Performance metrics — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPA, CPM, ROAS — via the Reporting API (
/report/integrated/get/) - Automated rules (create/update + read)
What is never accessed?
- Your TikTok password — authorization happens entirely on TikTok's page
- Audience list contents (Custom Audience member data)
- Personal data of TikTok viewers or end users
- Payment details of your ad account
How do I disconnect my TikTok account?
Two ways, both instant: use the in-app disconnect button in AdLoomly settings, or revoke the authorization from your TikTok Business Center. Either path revokes the access token immediately and stops all API calls to your account.
Where is my data stored, and is it secure?
All data is encrypted — AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit. We store campaign metadata and performance metrics (rolling 24 months, for trend reporting), never passwords or viewer personal data. See our Security page for details.
How does data deletion work?
Disconnecting revokes your token immediately, and all TikTok-derived data is deleted within 30 days. You can also request full account deletion at any time — the process is documented step by step on our Data Deletion page.
Plans and payments
What plans are available?
Free ($0/mo), Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($79/mo), and Agency (custom). Annual billing saves 20%. The Free plan never expires and needs no credit card — it's the trial. Full limits are on the Pricing page, including a complete feature comparison table.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time — you keep access until the end of the billing period, then drop to the Free plan. No cancellation calls, no retention forms.
What does Early Access lifetime lock-in mean?
AdLoomly is currently in Early Access, onboarding its first customers. Founding customers keep today's prices for life on their plan — even after we raise prices at general availability. It's our thank-you for building with us early.
