Sub-processors
Every third party that processes customer data on our behalf, what it does, and where it operates.
Effective: August 9, 2026
AdLoomly uses a small number of third-party sub-processors to provide the service. We keep this list current, and we announce material changes — adding a sub-processor or changing what one does with customer data — at least 30 days in advance by email to account owners, so you have time to object before the change takes effect.
Current sub-processors
| Sub-processor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud infrastructure (VPS) — EU region | Application hosting & databases | EU |
| Cloudflare | DNS, TLS, DDoS protection | Global |
| Stripe | Payment processing | US/EU |
| Email delivery provider | Transactional email (alerts, receipts, account notices) | EU/US |
A note on TikTok
TikTok is not a sub-processor of AdLoomly. It is an independent platform that we connect to at your instruction, via TikTok's official OAuth 2.0 advertiser authorization. TikTok processes your advertising data under its own terms — including the TikTok Marketing API Terms and the TikTok Business Products (Data) Terms — as an independent controller of that data, not on AdLoomly's behalf. Details of what we exchange with TikTok are in our TikTok integration documentation.
